The Federation of Chinese Scholars in Australia (FOCSA) and Hebei University of Technology will jointly organise the 2019 Australia-China Forum on Construction, Materials and Environment on Dec 26-29, 2019 in Tianjin, China.
There are already profound research collaboration and academic connections between Australia and China. The aim of the Forum is to bring together leading experts, including researchers, industry practitioners, and policy makers in both Australia and China, in Civil Engineering, Materials and Environment to have in-depth discussions on hot issues related to these areas, exchange ideas and experiences, enhance the existing links and identify new opportunities for collaboration. We believe that these interactions and networking opportunities will further foster and deepen cooperation in science, technology and high education between the two countries.
The Forum focusses on the three main themes

- Materials for new energies, sustainable environment and large scale constructions
- Environment covering science, technology and management of water, air and municipal wastes issues
